Pfizer's prostate cancer drug combination gets U.S. FDA priority review
Pfizer announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted priority review for its application to expand the approval of its prostate cancer treatment combination, Talzenna and Xtandi. This combination targets men with metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer who have HRR mutations, building on the drugs' existing approval for advanced cases. The FDA has set a target decision date for this application in the last quarter of 2026.
