Prestige Estates launches 11.91-acre housing project in Bengaluru
Prestige Estates Projects launched Prestige Parklane, an 11.91-acre residential project in Devanahalli, Bengaluru, valued at ₹1,750 crore. The development will feature 1,788 apartments across nine towers, with configurations of 1, 2, and 3 BHK. This project, along with another recent launch, contributes to a total estimated gross development value of ₹2,850 crore in the region.
