Prestige Group launches 3 housing projects in Q1 with ₹12,000-cr revenue potential
Prestige Estates Projects Ltd launched three residential housing projects in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Mumbai during the April-June quarter, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹12,000 crore. The company reported a decline in sales bookings by 46% to ₹6,579.3 crore compared to the previous year, attributed to a high base effect. Looking forward, Chairman Irfan Razack indicated plans for additional launches across major cities during the festive season, contingent on government approvals.
