Property registrations in Mumbai fall 4% on working-day basis during Navratri 2026
Mumbai recorded 4,680 property registrations during Navratri 2026, a 25% drop from 6,238 last year, according to Knight Frank India. On a working-day basis, registrations fell 4% year-on-year to 669 units. Revenue from registrations also declined 15% to ₹499 crore, indicating a slowdown following a strong festive period in 2025.
