Pune: Cheating FIR against 22 for using forged PMRDA & PMC documents to register sale deeds
The Ambegaon police registered a case against 22 individuals, including seven builders, for allegedly using forged documents from the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) and Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) to register 22 property sale deeds. The investigation was prompted by a complaint from Dadasaheb Gaikwad, who alleged that several builders had registered sales using these fraudulent documents. Authorities are now conducting a detailed investigation to uncover the extent of the fraud and may register additional cases if more forged documents are discovered.
