Puravankara inks JDA for 7.83-acre Bengaluru land parcel, plans luxury project on site

The luxury residential project will cover approximately 0.89 million sq ft, marking Puravankara’s fifth land acquisition this fiscal year. The company aims to leverage the area's strong housing demand and infrastructure improvements for future growth.
