Puravankara to jointly develop 7.83-acre land parcel in Bengaluru
Puravankara signed a joint development agreement for a 7.83-acre land parcel in southeast Bengaluru to create a residential project. The project is valued at ₹1,100 crore, with a saleable area of approximately 0.89 million sq ft. This addition brings Puravankara's total business development in FY27 to about 49.76 acres, with a potential GDV of ₹6,300 crore.
