Putin's peace plan has 2 big names for participation
Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed a trilateral summit with US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping next month to negotiate a peace deal regarding the Ukraine conflict. The proposal has raised concerns among Ukraine and European allies due to its lack of Ukrainian representation. The summit may coincide with the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit on November 18-19.
