Race to find nearly 3,000 missing resumes in Nepal
Nepal resumed search efforts for nearly 3,000 missing people after a flood killed at least 669, including seven in Tibet. The finance minister stated the country needs $4 billion to $5 billion for rebuilding. As rescue operations continue, authorities are also dealing with the overflow from a lake formed by the disaster, which has started to recede.
