Rajnath lays foundation for ₹472 cr battle tank overhaul facility in MP
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh laid the foundation stone for a ₹472 crore battle tank overhaul facility at Vehicle Factory Jabalpur on Thursday. This facility will annually overhaul 80 T-72 and T-90 tanks, addressing a shortfall as the Indian Army requires around 230 overhauls each year. The project aims to enhance military readiness and efficiency.
