RBI invites bids to develop ₹1,586-crore central office building at Mumbai's Nariman Point
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has invited bids for the construction of a new central office building at Nariman Point, Mumbai, with an estimated cost of ₹1,586 crore. This project follows RBI's acquisition of a 4.2-acre land parcel from the Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. for ₹3,472 crore in 2025, marking a significant real estate transaction. The office complex aims to enhance RBI's operations in one of India's key business districts and will be developed through a two-stage bidding process.
