Red warning alert issued for 4 Odisha districs as disaster response forces in place for deep depression
The India Meteorological Department issued a red warning alert for heavy rain in Kalahandi, Nabarangpur, Koraput, and Malkangiri districts. Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi directed all departments to coordinate efforts to ensure zero casualties.
