Royal Enfield targets 2.45 million unit production capacity by 2030
Royal Enfield aims to boost its annual production capacity to 2.45 million units by FY30, up from 1.5 million, following a strong Q1 FY27 performance. The company plans to invest ₹1,225 crore in a new greenfield plant in Andhra Pradesh and is considering a CKD assembly plant in Indonesia to enhance international operations. This expansion reflects a strategic move to increase manufacturing efficiency and meet growing demand, with the first phase of the Cheyyar expansion already operational.
