RWA federation seeks mandatory NOC before property transfers in Noida
The Federation of Noida Residents Welfare Associations (FONRWA) has requested the Noida Authority to mandate a no-objection certificate (NOC) from resident welfare associations (RWAs) before property transfers. This measure aims to ensure that maintenance dues are settled and new owners are properly recorded, addressing financial strains on RWAs where up to 40% of residents fail to pay dues. The Noida Authority has yet to respond to this appeal.
