Self-styled spiritual guru held for allegedly drugging, raping and blackmailing women in Mathura
Abhishek Mishra, a 29-year-old self-styled spiritual guru, was arrested in Mathura for allegedly drugging, raping, and blackmailing women, following a complaint from a 22-year-old BSc Nursing student. The incident came to light after the student reported the abuse to the Govardhan police on May 25. Authorities are investigating the case further, as it raises serious concerns about the exploitation of vulnerable individuals by self-proclaimed spiritual leaders.
