Shriram Properties to surpass doubling profit by FY29, explores mall-led rental income in West Bengal
Shriram Properties Ltd aims to double its net profit and sales bookings by FY29, targeting ₹3,000 crore in realizable income. The company reported a net profit of ₹100.81 crore on sales of ₹2,354 crore in FY26. It is also exploring the development of a premium shopping mall in West Bengal to generate rental income, alongside its ongoing projects.
