Signature Global awards ₹920 crore construction contracts for 1,798 homes in Gurugram
Signature Global awarded ₹920 crore in construction contracts to KEC International and NCC Ltd for a luxury housing project in Gurugram. The contracts, each worth ₹460 crore, cover the construction of 11 residential towers comprising 1,798 units, expected to be completed within 36 months. Construction is set to begin by the end of Q3 FY27 at the Sarvam project located along Dwarka Expressway.
