SIR is illegal and needs to be reversed: former CEC Quraishi

He emphasized that the delimitation process is designed to benefit the BJP. The government plans to introduce related bills around October 11, as the Monsoon Session remains prorogued, according to Congress leader Jairam Ramesh.
