Strata deploys ₹96 crore in residential projects in Chennai, Bengaluru
Strata has invested ₹96 crore in three RERA-approved residential projects in Chennai and Bengaluru, aiming for returns of 16-17% per annum. The investment includes ₹66 crore for two projects in Chennai's OMR corridor and ₹30 crore for a plotted development near Devanahalli in Bengaluru. The Chennai projects have an 18-month maturity, while the Bengaluru project has a two-year tenure.
