Supreme Court proposes SIT probe into Ram Temple case
The Supreme Court proposed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) probe into the alleged embezzlement of donations for the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Petitioners had requested a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry and the disclosure of financial details from the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. The court has scheduled further orders on the case for July 27.
