Tablespace Technologies Ltd leased approximately 5.06 lakh sq ft of office space in Hyderabad for ₹163.3 crore over five years, starting July 1, 2026. The lease includes multiple floors in two towers, with a monthly rent of around ₹2.84 crore and a 15% rent escalation every three years. This move follows the company's recent expansion in Hyderabad, where it previously leased nearly 5 lakh sq ft of managed office space earlier this year.
