Tata Sons board may meet Sept 17; Chandrasekaran’s exit, fresh AGM date likely to come up
The Tata Sons board is set to meet on September 17 to discuss Chairman N Chandrasekaran's resignation and finalize a new date for the adjourned annual general meeting. Tata Trusts have begun forming a search committee for Chandrasekaran's successor. The AGM will proceed once the Sir Ratan Tata Trust resolves a restraining order from May.
