TCS employees get 50-70% variable in Q1
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) paid mid- and senior-level employees 50-70% of their quarterly variable pay for the April-June quarter, an increase after two years of lower payouts. This average is still 10-20 percentage points below bonuses from the previous two quarters. The trend of improving payouts began in FY26, with employees reporting better compensation than earlier periods.
