Telangana grants special relaxation for commercial high-rise in Jubilee Hills
The Telangana government approved a special relaxation for a commercial high-rise in Jubilee Hills, allowing construction on three plots with increased height and other concessions. The decision, made by the metropolitan area and urban development department, follows a review of the request from CG Murali Mohan and others, alongside a report from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Key allowances include a building height of up to 30 metres and two additional floors through Transferable Development Rights, contingent on the applicants surrendering land for road widening.
