Telangana HC grants relief to Doolapally homeowners over Fox Sagar FTL row
The Telangana High Court directed the state government not to take coercive action against Doolapally homeowners accused of building within the Full Tank Level area of Fox Sagar lake. Justice B Vijaysen Reddy issued the interim protection while hearing a petition challenging government orders that revoked permissions for residential construction, asserting that the properties were outside the lake's buffer zone. The court scheduled further hearings for July 27, 2026, to address the matter.
