Tempsens Instruments will launch its ₹650 crore initial public offering (IPO) on August 20, with a price band set at ₹285-300 per share. The IPO includes a fresh issue of ₹95 crore and an offer for sale of 1.85 crore equity shares worth ₹555 crore. The shares are expected to list on BSE and NSE on August 28, 2026.
