Trehan IRIS to invest ₹1,300 crore in luxury wellness housing project in Gurugram
Trehan IRIS will invest ₹1,300 crore to develop Omara, a luxury wellness residential project in Gurugram, covering 5.08 acres in Sector 80. The project will feature 320 golf-facing apartments priced between ₹7.5 crore and ₹9 crore, with amenities including a 1.25 lakh sq ft clubhouse and wellness facilities. Expected possession is set for 2026, and the development aims for WELL v2 and IGBC Platinum certifications.
