Tribeca Developers and Ira Realty will develop a ₹2,000 crore Vaastu-compliant Trump-branded luxury housing project in Hyderabad, marking the Trump brand's first entry into South India. The project will feature two 65-storey towers, rising 240 meters, with 450 apartments, including penthouses, and is expected to take five years to complete. Prices for the apartments will range from ₹5 crore to ₹18 crore, with some duplex residences priced up to ₹10 crore.
