Unacademy founders plan AI fund; Flipkart’s premium push
Unacademy founders Gaurav Munjal and Roman Saini are raising a ₹700 crore venture capital fund named Longshot Capital, focusing on AI and deeptech startups. The fund has secured ₹300 crore in commitments and aims to invest in 25-28 startups, with initial investments ranging from ₹500,000 to ₹1.5 million. The first close is targeted for January 2027.
