US prepares sweeping sanctions on International Criminal Court
The Trump administration is preparing sweeping sanctions against the International Criminal Court (ICC) that may restrict its financial transactions and access to the global banking system. The sanctions could prevent the ICC from conducting transactions in US dollars, with a grace period of six to seven months before implementation. Finalization of these measures may occur during the UN General Assembly this week.
