Vadodara civic body extends advance property tax rebate scheme till September 10
Vadodara Municipal Corporation extended its advance property tax rebate scheme for the 2026-27 financial year until September 10, allowing taxpayers more time to claim early payment concessions. The scheme offers an 11% rebate for residential property owners and a 6% rebate for commercial owners who pay online, with ₹186.45 crore already collected under the program. Following the extension, the VMC will issue regular property tax demand notices after the deadline.
