Volvo Group leases six lakh sq ft office space in Bengaluru
The Volvo Group leased 600,000 sq. ft. of office space at Bagmane Capital South in Bengaluru, marking one of the largest deals in Q2 2026. Bengaluru accounted for 27% of the national leasing market, driven by a strong demand for Grade A office assets despite global uncertainties. The Indian office market recorded its highest-ever quarterly leasing at 24.6 million sq. ft., with flexible space operators leading the demand, according to CBRE.
