West Asia crisis, uncertain monsoon major risks for growth: RBI Governor
Reserve Bank of India Governor Sanjay Malhotra identified the West Asia crisis and an anticipated weak monsoon as major risks to India's economic growth. He noted that despite global uncertainties, India achieved over 7% growth in recent years, with a growth rate of 7.7% last financial year. The RBI's monetary and fiscal policies remain robust, which has contributed to this growth trajectory.
