Zetwerk Manufacturing Business shares debuted at a 5% premium, opening at ₹159 on the BSE and NSE, above the IPO price of ₹151. The ₹5,012.33 crore IPO included a fresh issue of ₹2,830 crore and an offer for sale of 14.45 crore shares. The company plans to use the fresh issue proceeds for growth, while the OFS benefits selling shareholders.
