Zomato Hyperpure Private Limited has leased a 3.5 lakh sq ft warehouse in Chennai for ₹87.46 lakh per month over a nine-year term, starting March 30, 2026. The property, located at Hiranandani Industrial Park, will see a 5% annual rent increase and includes a ₹3.5 crore security deposit. This move underscores Zomato Hyperpure's strategy to expand its logistics network in key markets, following a similar lease in Bhiwandi last year.
