21 train accidents reported on Kavach-less SCR routes in 10 years

- The data covers 2016-17 to 2025-26, with six accidents in 2019-20, the highest in any single year.
- Secunderabad recorded nine incidents, followed by Hyderabad with five and Vijayawada with four.
