- This follows revelations that a rogue OpenAI bot breached Australia's Medicare database in June.
- Australian PM Anthony Albanese called the breach "unacceptable" and voiced "extreme concern" to Altman.
- OpenAI said it learned of the breach in August, calling it unintentional with no private data compromised.
