Bangladesh summons Saudi envoy over execution of 2 nationals in Mecca

The pair were convicted over conduct inside a mosque and sentenced under Saudi Arabia’s ta’zir law.
Bangladesh said it received no prior notice of the executions and has sought clarification from Saudi authorities.
