Bengaluru overtakes Delhi in global housing price rankings, after a 4.5 per cent rise
- Bengaluru’s prime residential property prices rose 4.5% year-on-year, placing it 12th among 46 global housing markets.
- Delhi saw a 3.9% annual rise in prime property prices, ranking 17th in the global housing market.
- Mumbai ranked eighth globally after prime property prices rose 6.2% during the June quarter, according to Knight Frank.
- Tokyo topped the rankings with a 50.7% rise in prime property prices, followed by Manila and Dubai.
