Bhutan PM Tobgay calls Modi an ‘avatar of Vishnu’, hails his leadership
- Bhutan PM Tshering Tobgay praised PM Modi’s leadership, calling it rooted in wisdom, compassion, courage and selfless service.
- Tobgay recalled meeting Modi in 2019 and described him as an “elder brother” and an “avatar of Vishnu”.
- He linked Modi’s Viksit Bharat vision to India becoming a developed nation by 2047, saying it inspires citizens.
- Tobgay also highlighted India-Bhutan ties, including India’s ₹10,000 crore support for Bhutan’s 13th Five Year Plan.
