‘Big Tech is profiting from anti-Indian hate’, says US Congressman

US Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi says anti-Indian hate is rising online and that Big Tech profits from it.
• He cited a rise of more than 240 per cent in anti-South Asian posts on X, without giving a time frame.
He was at the Balaji temple in Aurora, Illinois, with his family when an alleged mass shooting plot was foiled.
He has led 105 members of Congress in asking the FBI to treat that as a potential hate crime.
