Binance resumes withdrawals after $6 billion hack as it covers 90% of stolen crypto

Binance resumed withdrawals in phases on Sunday, two days after the record $6 billion hack.
The first phase began at 2 pm in Singapore with Bitcoin and covered 15 tokens, including Ether.
Binance says it has covered about 90% of the stolen crypto and will bear the losses itself.
Bitcoin was little changed at about $77,800, some 5% below its high before the attack.
