- China Southern Airlines will resume Guangzhou-New Delhi flights from 21 September, ending a six-year suspension.

- This follows Air China and China Eastern Airlines resuming India routes earlier this year after pandemic-era suspension.
- Xi left Beijing on Saturday for the summit and is set to hold bilateral talks with PM Modi later that day.
