China's "worst film of 2026" earned Rs 1 lakh in 10 days. Now it is beating Nolan at the box office

Niu Lai — "The Cow Is Coming" — is an 86-minute animated film made by a mother and son with no budget, no trailer and no promotion.
It earned just Rs 1 lakh in its first 10 days — then clips went viral with viewers calling it worse than AI and the worst film of 2026.
The mockery turned into curiosity — people bought tickets to confirm how bad it was.
The film has now earned Rs 20 crore and is competing with Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey and Marvel's Spider-Man: Brand New Day in China's box office rankings.
