Congress accuses EC of lying over ECINet and breaking electoral roll laws

- He said the EC had promised ECINet followed the law, yet on September 26 it announced a panel to certify compliance.
- Ramesh alleged the EC curbed election registration officers' access and overruled them, against the law; EC says its orders are legal.
- The INDIA bloc plans 'Save Democracy' marches, and its MPs will march to the EC on October 6.
