Crompton to build one of world’s largest fan manufacturing plants in Hyderabad with ₹375 crore investment
- Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals announced plans to set up a mega fan manufacturing facility in Hyderabad.
- The company will invest around ₹375 crore and has been allotted 50 acres at E-City, Maheshwaram, near Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
- The plant will make high-end fans, including induction and brushless direct current BLDC fans, along with other home appliances.
- At full capacity, the facility is expected to produce 1.4 crore units annually and create around 3,500 jobs in Telangana.
