Delhi Police transfer second FIR against CJP leaders Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das

Delhi Police have transferred the second FIR against CJP leaders Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das to the Crime Branch.
Both FIRs relate to the October 13 protests at Connaught Place and Jantar Mantar in Delhi.
The two were detained after going to Jantar Mantar carrying the national flag, and remain in custody.
They have moved the High Court saying their detention continues despite sureties being furnished.
