Dubai rents fall sharply across popular areas including Downtown and Marina
- • Dubai apartment rents have dropped in several popular areas as more properties become available for rent, according to Property Finder.
- Apartment rents fell nearly 22% in Downtown Dubai, 16% in Dubai Marina and 12.5% in Business Bay.
- Rents dropped in nine out of ten areas studied, while the number of apartments listed for rent rose 55% in September.
- Villa rents also dropped in eight out of ten areas, showing that rental prices are falling in many parts of Dubai.
