Former researcher claims Chinese spies may have infiltrated Anthropic and OpenAI

Former Anthropic and OpenAI researcher Jacob Coxon claimed Chinese spies have infiltrated both US artificial intelligence labs.
He said on a podcast he was 90% sure of this, offering no evidence for the claim in the interview.
Coxon said such access would let Beijing steal models, wiping out any technology lead the US builds.
He wants background checks and defence-style hiring rules, saying AI labs vet their staff far too loosely.
