- US tariffs on Indian goods had reached 50% before falling to 18% in February; the current tariff rate is now 10% on goods.
- India accelerated trade diversification, signing deals with the UK, EU, Oman and New Zealand during the past year alone.
- Exports to China rose 42% to $21.5 billion, while shipments to the US reached $88.5 billion over the same 12 months.
